Lt.Gen. (Retd.) Ali Kuli Khan Khattak - Chairman 
Lt. Gen. (Retd.) Ali Kuli Khan Khattak was educated/trained at Aitchison College Lahore and the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.He holds a Masters Degree from the Quaid-e-Azam University, Islamabad. He was awarded Hilal-i-Imtiaz Military.
He retired from the Pakistan Army as its Chief of General Staff in 1998 and joined the Family Business which includes, Tyre manufacturing, Automobiles, Insurance, Cotton Spinning Mills, Woollen Textiles, Finance, Construction and Trading Services Companies. He is the Chairman of The General Tyre and Rubber Company of Pakistan Ltd., President of Ghandhara Automobiles Limited and also the Chief Executive of Gammon Pakistan.

Mr. Ahmad Kuli Khan Khattak - Chief Executive
He is Graduated from Pakistan Air Force (PAF) and Completed Various Courses from PAF. He served PAF for nearly 21 years during which he achieved different Honors, Awards and Medals. He was awarded the sword of honor. He was decorated with Sitara-e-Basalat. He retired in 1987 as Wing Commander.
He is a Fighter Pilot by profession and flew the first F-16 Aircraft to Pakistan. After retirement from the Air Force, he joined his father’s business ventures and has vast experience of automobile and Textile sectors.
He is a former Chairman of All Pakistan Textile Mills Association and Pakistan Automobile Association (PAMA).

Mrs. Shahnaz Sajjad Ahmad – Director.
Mrs. Shahnaz Sajjad Ahmad achieved BSc degree from University of Peshawar and joined her father’s family Business serving the Bibojee Group Companies since 20 years. She is presently the CEO of Bannu Woollen Mills Limited, a Bibojee group of Company. Her other directorships and offices include the following:

Mr. Manzoor Ahmed – Independent Directors
Mr. Manzoor Ahmed is Chief Operating Officer (COO) of National Investment Trust Limited (NIT). As COO, he has been successfully managing the operations and investment portfolio worth over Rs. 92 billion. He has experience of over 32 years of the Mutual Fund industry and has been placed at many key positions within NIT that includes capital market operations, investment management, research and liaising with the regulatory authorities. He has also served NIT as its Managing Director (Acting) twice from May 2013 to May 2014 and September 2017 to February 2019. He is M.B.A. and also holds D.A.I.B.P. He has also been the Council Member of The Institute of Bankers Pakistan. Presently, he is pursuing Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) level III.
Mr. Manzoor Ahmed has vast experience of serving on the Boards of various top-ranking companies of Pakistan belonging to the diverse sectors of economy. Mr. Ahmed has also attended various training courses organized by institutions of international repute like London Business School (LBS) UK, Institute of Directors, London and Financial Markets World, New York (USA).
Currently, he represents NIT as Nominee Director on the Board of Directors of many leading national and multinational companies of Pakistan. Mr. Ahmed is also a Certified Director from Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance. Mr. Manzoor Ahmed is also member of the Defence Authority Country and Golf Club – Karachi.

Mr. Muhammad Zia - Director 
Mr. Zia is retired Major of Pakistan Army. He has a vast experience of Automobile Industry and currently also serving on the Board of Ghandhara Industries Limited.

Mr. Haroon Rashid - Director 
Mr. Haroon Rashid is the representative of National Investment Trust on Board of Directors of Ghandhara Automobiles Limited.

Mr. Muhammad Saleem Baig - Director
Mr. SaleemBaig is an accountant by profession and holds 35 years’ experience of Financial Management.He has participated in various management Courses organized by PIM & THK in Pakistan and AOTS – Tokyo Japan.
 
Ms. Arjumand Ahmed Shah - Director.

Ms. Arjumand Ahmed Shah is a legal and corporate governance professional with a notable career in various leadership roles within Pakistan's corporate sector.

She holds an LLM in Corporate Law from SOAS, University of London, and is a Barrister-at-Law. She has over a decade of experience in the field of corporate governance, particularly in directors’ training and promoting gender diversity on corporate boards in Pakistan. She has contributed to professional publications, such as The Counsel Magazine, where she wrote on topics including Directors’ Liability Insurance and Role of Independent Directors, reflecting her deep engagement with corporate law and governance issues.

She was appointed as the Acting President and CEO of the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance (PICG).

Further she has held executive and secretarial roles at major companies including Packages Ltd. and Tri-Pack Films Ltd., where she served as Company Secretary.

 
Mr. Salman Rasheed - Independent Director. 
Mr. Salman Rasheed is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. He holds rich professional experience as independent consultant/ Advisor and member of top management in various organizations.

Mr. Asim Arshad -Independent Director.

Mr. Asim Arshid has more than forty years of experience in manufacturing, marketing and management. He served as Chief Executive Officer, overseeing all operations and business activities in Meezan Express (Pvt.) Limited, Sukkur Grains (Pvt.) Limited and Sukkur Beverages (Pvt.) Limited during the year 2017 to 2022, 2013 to 2017 and 1990 to 2013 respectively.

Recently, he is a Director in Meezan Express (Pvt.) Limited.
